These terms govern your use of blueheronnc.com (the “site”), between the Blue Heron Motel (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you, the person using the site on a phone, tablet, desktop or any other device. By browsing, viewing, downloading or using anything on this site you agree to them.
What is on this site
All content here is for information only, and no guarantee or warranty is made as to its accuracy.
Our prices vary with the season and with daily demand. Rooms are renovated and refurnished from time to time, so prices, room types, photographs, features, amenities, furnishings and services may vary, and your actual room may differ from the pictures on this site. Your room price is guaranteed only once your booking is complete and you have a reservation number. Extra fees may apply for pets and for some amenities or services.
Booking and staying
Reservations made here are completed on our booking provider’s own system, under that provider’s terms. The terms of the stay itself — check-in and check-out, deposits, cancellation and our pet rules — are on the hotel policy and pet policy pages, and those pages govern where they differ from anything summarised here.

Content on this site may change at any time without notice. We recommend checking these terms from time to time.

Discounts and promotional offers
Where we advertise a discount:
- All discount offers may change at the management’s discretion, and we are not obliged to give notice when a price or an offer changes or ends.
- Some offers are valid only on reservations made by telephone or as a walk-in.
- Offers may not be available on bookings made through third-party booking sites.
- Discount offers cannot be combined with another promotion.
- Every discount depends on room availability and management approval. No fixed peak-season schedule is published.
